Will Blu-ray movie images created by Express Burn be playable from virtual drives?

There are playback issues for Express Burn Blu-ray movies created as .iso image files and mounted on virtual drives. Specifically, PowerDVD works well with VCD ("VirtualCloneDrive"), but it does not work with Daemon Tools. *see forum links for more information:
