Will IVM display caller name?

If your telephony board and telephone service provider support this then IVM will handle Caller Name.  Please note many services and devices do not support Caller Name (at this time CallURL boards do not support it).
Note: Telephone and some VoIP providers allow this information to be suppressed, so IVM will not be able to use the information.
