Can IVM and TRx run on the same computer?

Yes, but they cannot share a modem or telephony card on the same phone line(s).  You need to either configure IVM and TRx to record separate phone lines, or use a call recording adapter on the phone line and have TRx record via the sound card on the computer.  See here for information on call recording adapters.
