RecordPad Sound Recorder - There is a lot of background noise from my microphone. What can I do?

Make sure that your microphone is properly connected and has been set to the proper levels. Please review the Setting Up Your Microphone documentation.
Use your microphone in a quiet room. It is best if there are pictures or fabric on the walls and furniture in the room to absorb sound.
If you are frequently making recordings, you may want to purchase a portable vocal booth or acoustic shield.
Install Wavepad Audio Editor and use the Noise Reduction Effect to remove the noise after recording.
