The freeDB Internet server seems to be down / I cannot get any album details for the audio CD in the CD drive

First make sure your Internet connection is operating normally.   If you access the webpage www.freedb.org through your Internet browser then your connection should be fine.  Be aware that the freeDB server can temporarily go offline from time to time.  Keep trying and you should eventually have some luck.
