My foot pedal does not work with the software

Express Scribe Pro supports most USB foot pedals. However, the free version only works with AltoEdge foot pedals.

If you think that you purchased the Pro version, please make sure you are successfully registered and using the Pro version:

1. Select About Express Scribe... from the Help menu
2. It should say Licensed software
