Can I make calls to ordinary telephone lines with Express Talk?Yes, but you need to signup with a gateway service provider. They will charge you a small fee for access to their lines. Usually this is about half the cost of an ordinary phone call. You should signup with a gateway in the country / town where you want to make calls too. This means you only pay half of the local call rate for the company. For example if you live in Europe and want to use Express Talk to call someone with a USA phone number, signup with a USA gateway service. You only pay a fraction of the USA local call rates then.
