I need to create a database to get details from 'Call Log' using ODBC, do I need to add tables?

Yes, you will need to create tables for the data to be stored. NCH does not provide a seed database because there are too many DB clients to support and more often than not the information is being added to a database that already exists to combine it with other information stored for a company.
It is assumed that if your company has a need to store information in a database that you will have a person on staff that will know how to set up and manage this resource properly.
