Files sent from Express Dictate via the Internet are too large.

Select a file format with an audio compression format.

1. In Express Dictate, click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Sending tab
3. Select the receiver in the Typist Recipients section
4. Click the Properties... button
5. Go to the Format tab
6. Select a File format
• If you do not need to include notes, sender information, or encryption, select MP3
• If you do need to include notes, sender information, or encryption, select DCT
7. If you select DCT, click the Audio encoder settings... button
8. Select GSM 6.10 from the Format: dropdown list
9. Click the OK button
10. Click the OK button to close the Recipient Properties window
11. Click the OK button to close the Options window

Depending on the size of files you are dictating, you may also want to Split the Dictation.
