Files sent from Express Dictate by email are too large.

Dictation files sent from Express Dictate by email may be sent as a single file attachment or split into multiple smaller files. Use the second option if the file is too large for successful transmission as a single attachment to one email.

1. In Express Dictate, click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Select the Sending tab
3. Select the Recipient from the list of Typing Recipients
4. Click the Properties... button
5. Go to the Send Method tab
6. Select the Automatically split the file if greater than (MB): checkbox
7. The default is 1.5MB. Enter the maximum file attachment size for your email service
8. Click OK to save your settings and close the window
9. Click OK to close the Options window
