If you have an earlier version of Express Scribe (version 5.32 and earlier), it never had registration codes. If you purchased Express Scribe, please check your email for a record of your original license details. If you need to recover your registration code again, you should be able to use the automated utility at https://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli with the email address used to purchase the license.
