Can multiple transcriptionists share the same folder to load files?Yes, the same folder location can be used for multiple transcriptionists. We do recommend having separate folders for each transcriptionist to avoid having multiple people working on the same file. Please note, if a transcriptionist's Express Scribe software is set to automatically download recordings from the file, the original file will be deleted from the source folder and no one else will have access to it.
