NCH Software develops a wide range of software covering areas such as professional audio, video, sound and telephony. Our applications are built upon solid design foundations and can be readily customized to suit your needs.

In addition to work we do for corporate and government customers, we also develop many other related programs on our own behalf. These we sell either through resellers or online. Customization Examples

Some examples of customizations that we have done and associated costs are given below.
  • Standard rebranding with your company name, splash screen, icon and a link to your own website - US$185 (per rebranding)
  • Removing links to other programs in our software (related programs) - US$100
  • Translation of an application into another language - US$100 - US$500 (depends on the application)
  • Adding support for opening or saving to an extra file format - US$200 (DRM-free formats only)
  • API modification of any of our products - varies between US$400 - US$2000 (depends on the scale of the changes)
  • Changing the logging information and structure of an application - US$400 - US$1500 (depends on the scale of the changes)
  • Hardcoding SIP settings information in Express Talk - US$100

Consultation Period

For the majority of customization requests, there will always be a nominal, obligation-free period where you can discuss any ideas with us and we will work out the final details of your modifications. Please note though that if your request warrants extensive discussions, we may charge a retainer fee for such consultations. While this scenario does not happen very often, we will always let you know ahead of time if it were to ever arise.
