When playing disk and clicking record it reports "Waiting for audio stream" and does NOT record at all

The most likely cause of this problem is that the recording was set to start recording only when audio starts, and had the noise floor set too high.

Do the following to fix this problem.

1. Click the Record button on the toolbar
2. Deselect the Start recording only when audio stars checkbox
3. Click the Current Noise Floor button to change it to a lower value
