Does Express Scribe have an option to change from one file to the next without bringing it back to full screen?

Yes, you can use hot-keys to move between dictations without opening Express Scribe in full screen.

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Hot-Keys tab
3. Make sure that the Enable system-wide hot-keys check box is selected
4. Click the Add button
5. Select Next Dictation from the dropdown list
6. Click the Change... button
7. Enter the hot-key combination that you want to assign
8. Click the OK button
9. Click the Add... button
10. Select Previous Dictation from the dropdown list
11. Click the Change... button
12. Enter the hot-key combination that you want to assign
13. Click the OK button
14. Click the OK button

Please Note: Any hot-key combination can be used, however, it should not conflict with existing system hot-keys.
