I have purchased a CAHTA board but Dial Dictate does not recognise it

CAHTA devices are only compatible with Dial Dictate v4.09 and above.  Please check your version by going to the Help menu and choosing "About Dial Dictate ".  If you have a version that is greater than 4.09 please see CAHTA problems - Installing CAHTA Drivers
