We offer a number of different call recording adapters suitable for telephone call recording. Use the table below to help you decide which adapter is right for you.

A Direct Line call recording adapter connects directly to any analog phone line with the standard modular socket (RJ12).

A Handset Connector call recording adapter sits 'in' the cable between your telephone and the handset. This adapter would be suitable for IP Phones

This device is used to connect a telephone line to your PC to record telephone conversations. These adapters can also be used with the VRS and TRx call recording software. See Telephone Recording Software for more information on these call recording applications.

*Note: This adapter will not work with digital lines or PBX extensions. Digital lines and PBX extensions require a handset based connector (see below).

USB Call / Announce Handset Model

This device is used to connect your telephone handset to your PC or Mac OS X via USB, to record telephone conversations. It is similar to the above USB telephone recording adapter, but enables pre-recorded announcements to be played to the telephone line, such as "..this call will be recorded".

The Record/Announce Adapter is recommended for customers that are legally required to announce that the call is being recorded for security or quality purposes.

Connects to the handset rather than the line so it can be used on digital or analogue phone lines and systems as well as IP Phones.
Allows recorded announcement or tone to be played over the phone line while recording.
