Express Scribe Transcription - My User ID and Encryption key are not opening the encrypted file

The Encryption Key and User ID are case sensitive. Make sure that you have not entered any lowercase letters as uppercase, or vice versa.

If possible, you may want to try using copy and paste to enter the password and key.
