Even if you have more than 64 lines within your call center VRS and Axon work together to find the first available channel to record to. Express Talk has the ability to link directly to the VRS call recording server and the IMS Music and Messages On-Hold system and features call conferencing, push to talk (for easy inter-office communication), do not disturb and more. It is suitable for any VoIP PBX system that uses the SIP protocol. The windows version also features Video calling.|
