 How it WorksFrom the Axon Web Control Panel you can create Agents, Calling Lists and Campaigns. Campaigns consist of a calling list and a script for the calling agent to follow. While the campaign is actively being carried out, Axon Agent will manage which calls have been completed, allowing additional agents to join a campaign at any time without fear of multiple agents making redundant calls.
