Setting up a system is easy. Download this auto attendant software and install it on any Windows or Linux PC. For professional or multiline installations we recommend a telephony board to connect to the phone line(s). For home single line use a voice modem in the PC may be sufficient. They will give you an example of a basic setup for the particular task. You will still need to take the time to read IVM's manual to be able to modify the IVR Program for your specific requirements.

You must download IVM first before you download one of the following examples.

Once you have downloaded the IVR file. Load the file using the Load item on the File menu of IVM. You will be able to view the instructions for use and modification of the IVR Program by selection the Notes item of IVM's File menu.

Plugins

IVM supports "plugins" which can be used within your interactive voice response system. We make free plugins available for a number of applications including loading and saving from databases, automatic emailing or faxing of documents, linking to an http server, connecting to hardware and much more.
