Axon Agent is designed as an add-on for our Axon Virtual PBX, allowing call center agents to take advantage of Axon's auto-dialer functionality and place calls for telephone dialing campaigns.

How it Works
From the Axon Web Control Panel you can create Agents, Calling Lists and Campaigns. Campaigns consist of a calling list and a script for the calling agent to follow. While the campaign is actively being carried out, Axon Agent will manage which calls have been completed, allowing additional agents to join a campaign at any time without fear of multiple agents making redundant calls.

- Make outbound calls to a list of numbers on a dialing campaign
- Put calls on hold and play on-hold music using IMS On-Hold Player
- Supports call transfers and forwarding
(must be logged in to Axon to use this feature)
- Record any conversation made through the Axon Agent
- Can be used with a headset, a microphone and speakers, or the Express USB phone device
- Setup multiple instances on a network and integrate them using Axon Virtual PBX Software to operate an outbound call center*
