AudioTime
There are two license classes for AudioTime. The "Professional" registration will give you unrestricted use of AudioTime. The "Basic" registration limits the number of files to 6. The "Professional" registration is suitable for Radio Stations but the "Basic" registration is offered to make it more affordable for home users to record programs (etc.).

BMS Business Music and Announcement System
The "Professional" registration will give you unrestricted use of the BMS. The "User" registration is unrestricted except that you cannot load any announcements that are not recorded on the same computer that is running the BMS. The "Professional" registration also includes an I-Producer (see www.nch.com.au/iproducer) key for your studio to use whereas the "User" registration does not. The "Professional" registration is intended for larger businesses where an external producer records the announcements. The "User" registration is intended for in-house announcements.

Express Burn Plus

Express Delegate
The Business license allows you to add up to 30 users (this encompasses speakers, typists and managers). Once you have downloaded and installed the trial version of Express Delegate you can apply the licensing. The licensing then will restrict the application to only allow 30 users to be added.
The Enterprise license allows you to add and manage an unlimited number of user on the server. Once you have downloaded and installed the trial version of Express Delegate you can apply the licensing before the trial expires.

Express Dictate, Pocket Dictate, Palm Dictate, Web Dictate or DialDictate licenses
With Express Dictate for Mac or PC, Pocket Dictate and Palm Dictate you must purchase a license for each single user (who must have a single registered email address). This user license is a license for that user to use all the applications Express Dictate, DialDictate, WebDictate, Pocket Dictate and Palm Dictate. (If you register the one you are automatically registered for the others).
With DialDictate you have 2 options: Either you can purchase a "Express\Dial\Web\Pocket" user license for each user of DialDictate (see above). Alternatively you can purchase a single installation site license. The site license lets you use an unlimited number of users (without purchasing any further user licenses) on a single installation of DialDictate. The user licenses you create with a DialDictate site license cannot be used in any other Dictate application. They are unique to DialDictate.
With WebDictate you also have the 2 options: Either you can purchase a "Express\Dial\Web\Pocket" user license for each user of WebDictate (see above) or purchase a single installation site license. The site license lets you use an unlimited number of users (without purchasing any further user licenses) on a single installation of WebDictate. The user licenses you create with a WebDictate site license cannot be used in any other Dictate application. They are unique to WebDictate.
If you are a doctor or lawyer you need to buy the special Medical Legal User license. This includes the license for the encryption system which is required by most professional medical and legal organisations to ensure confidentiality of the client or patient related recordings.
We offer a discounted rate for academics and students who use Express Dictate when drafting academic work. If you are using Express Dictate or DialDictate commercially we trust you not to abuse this discount. The academic rate is not available simply because the institution (eg. University Hospital) is owned by a University. The user must be a teacher or student.

FlexiServer
The Business license allows you to add and manage up to ten staff in your organisation. Once you have downloaded and installed the trial version of FlexiServer you can apply the licensing. The licensing then will restrict the application to only allow ten staff to be added.

Multiple Instances. If you have more than one soundcard installed, you can also run multiple instances of IMS Onhold Music Player on a single machine. These players will have totally different music, settings and announcements. An individual license must be purchased for each instance of IMS.

Inventoria

Language Coach Teachers license
A "Language Coach Teacher's (Tutor Mode) license" lets you use a single installation of Language Coach (on a single computer) without restrictions. If you want to use the teacher's tutor mode license on many computer's you must buy one for each computer where you want to use tutor mode.
Included in each Teacher's License is a license for 50 student installations. You do not have to pay for student installations as long as you have at least 1 Teacher License for each student.

OfficeIntercom User license
This is a license for a single user to use OfficeIntercom.
Each user and user's email must be licensed (the name of the user must be entered as the user name and their email address).
The 'home user' registration will not work on computer networks with more than 3 computers on the local area network.

The "Pixillion Plus Installation license" gives you a full features license to use a single installation of Pixillion Plus including text captioning, watermarking and the ability to convert more than one image at a time.

VRS Software license
If you purchase a "Basic" and "Lite" license you record 1 ("Basic") or 1 to 3 ("Lite") channels of audio in threshold detect mode. You cannot record continuously. These licenses are suitable for telephone recording or voice activated recording of up to 3 lines.
The "Enterprise" license is unrestricted (ie. it can be used in any mode up to 32 channels). The "Professional" can also be used in any mode but is restricted to 7 channels.
The "Radio" license is suitable for logging a single radio station. It can be used in continuous or manual mode (ie. 24/7 or scheduled logging). If you want to log more than one station on a single PC (up to 32), the "Radio (Multiple Stations)" license will be required.
